Changing my review. This place was cool until I was asked not to come in with bags. I'm homeless, I carry my home on my back. They lied and said it was an obstruction. See for yourself in the photos. So basically I was asked to leave because of my appearance. Sound any kind of familiar? It's disgusting!

I recently brought my team to The Flipside for part of our work Christmas party. While the bartenders provided great service, our overall experience was deeply disappointing due to the behavior of one staff member.

We were enjoying ourselves playing arcade games, cheering each other on, and generally having a great time, which is what one expects at a bar with an arcade. Unfortunately, the employee at the counter approached us in a rude and dismissive manner, telling us we were “too loud, and needed to tone it down because we were being too much." After bringing it up to the employee that we really dont understand because other people were just as loud he then suggested we "go somewhere else that's better suited for us."

This treatment was both unprofessional and uncalled for, especially since we observed other groups being just as lively. We felt singled out, and the interaction was so negative that we left without continuing to enjoy your establishment.

It’s incredibly disappointing that what started as a fun and positive outing ended on such a sour note. As a business owner myself, I value exceptional customer service and believe in treating patrons with respect, regardless of the situation. While I appreciate the efforts of your bartenders, I cannot recommend The Flipside based on this experience and will not be returning with my staff.

Great bar and bartenders (Josie rocks!) Perfect for private events, fun time with friends, a good variety of games and CLEAN!!!! Great atmosphere and a gem downtown.

Wow! The Flipside absolutely nailed it hosting our event! From start to finish, they orchestrated an unforgettable experience that left everyone buzzing with excitement. The venue was lovely and lively! The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the drinks were beautiful and delicious!

We held a private party at The Flipside and could not have had a better experience. The bartender, John, and the host, Travis, were incredibly friendly and fun.

The drinks were all phenomenal and they made it easy to bring our own food and set up decorations. There are so many fun pinball and arcade games, plus plenty of seating areas to eat and socialize. Everyone had a great time, from the young kids to the 70-year-olds!

Thanks for such a memorable and fun experience. We will definitely be back.

Always a fantastic time. My only, extremely minor complaint is that they don't post the bar menu on their website because the drinks are fantastic. I've not had anything I didn't like.

The Velvet Pumpkin Delight is literally a pumpkin pie in a glass. 10/10.

A very unique pinball/electronic game bar. Ideal for families (they have a weekly family night with a flat rate for unlimited game play), piinball leagues, and other fun activities. Also available for birthday parties and special events for any age group. Full bar service. This is a Must Visit Establishment.
