I agreed on the price that was set in the ad, and on a time to pick it all up. They message me after I pay for a U-Haul, an hour after our last message agreeing on a pickup time, that they went and sold half the set. Nothing was communicated to me about any sort of deposit to hold it, which I gladly would have paid. No last chance warning that it was about to be sold either. Terrible service, rude messaging.

Chiam was great. I was clearing out my mother's apartment after she passed and Chiam came over and gave me quotes on what he wanted to purchase. He was personable, punctual, and fair. He also went the extra mile in helping me figure out how to go about keeping and shipping some of the things I wanted to save. Definitely recommend.

I love second hand furniture. The problem is buying it from original owners since they overrate the product and charge too much. Working with Chaim was a pleasure, he was immediately responsive and professional. I placed a deposit on a solid wooden table and matching chairs and picked it up a few days later. The owner is a nice fellow. I prefer working with his team bc they're honest and help me with free advice that saves me money before them. They also have great prices and are open to all buy/sell opportunities. I'd continue working with them.
