Bill Jacob’s MINI Service department is absolutely awesome! We live a long way from any MINI dealers and transported the used Mini that we recently acquired through a private purchase, there for repairs and a thorough check-up. Mitch, the service representative was fantastic with helping us transport the car, reviewing its maintenance and repair needs, making recommendations and keeping us informed. The work done was high-quality and done on a timely basis.
However, just as important, when we picked up the car, Mitch and Will, the mechanic took the time to put the car on a lift and patiently walked us through the condition of many of the different systems of the car. That led us be able to make good decisions on maintenance and repair going forward. They spent considerable time doing this. Will has 20 years of MINI experience and Mitch and was a wealth of knowledge. We cannot give these two guys a high enough rating!

I absolutely love my Mini Countryman, and the service I’ve received from Bill Jacobs Mini as a whole has been nothing short of spectacular. Recently I had to bring my car in for two separate occasions and Mitch in the service and parts center went absolutely above and beyond to let me know of the required repairs and maintenance… but not only was he informative and patient with my questions (it’s been a while since I owned a car), he also kept me updated while my car was being serviced, providing information and estimates, as well as frequently communicating when the car would be ready. Mitch truly provides world class service with an authentic and honest demeanor. He’s so great!

Our son moved to Chicago in August and drives a Mini Cooper Countryman. We are new to Mini and wanted to make sure we found a reliable service provider should our son experience car troubles. We are so glad we connected with Mitch S, the Service Manager at Bill Jacobs Mini in Naperville, IL. Not only does Mitch have great customer service, he was very honest with the list of upcoming maintenance services that my son’s car needed in the next few months. He was specific about which maintenance was needed asap and which ones can wait. Knowing this was so helpful financially. We have completed and checked off some of the items on the list and continue to stay on track with Mitch. The car is in great shape and runs the way it should. Thanks Mitch!

Mitch has always been helpful in service giving insight into the service on my car using his many years of experience! They get me in when they promise and they also help out when a loaner car if given enough advance notice.
