Absolute amazing experience! Michael G. Was an amazing salesman to do business with! Came in on a Wednesday and asked if I could check out the 2020 mini cooper s they had on the lot, he was super friendly and pulled it right up, checked it out, took it out on a drive, and came back to the dealership. He was very patient on my decision, and didn’t push anything like most salespeople do:) he even let me take it out on another drive to help me figure out my decision. And after a week of car shopping, I knew that this 2020 mini cooper s was the car for me! He was super helpful in the process, and was even patient enough to hold it for the next day until I could get the financial part of things done! I had the best experience with my most recent mini purchase. I have had a mini since 2017 and I had 157,000 + miles on her and it was time to consider getting a different car. I had looked at other cars but I love my mini and even though it takes me 2 hours to get their for maintenance, I have not had any complaints doing so. I had seen several minis I was interested in and Virginia made me very comfortable. We like poked at the Elvira that I was interested in, she was very knowledgeable and they were not pushy like lot of places. I found a 2020 with low mileage and good maintenance and a great price. I drove a loaner home that day and me and my husband drove back up the next day, a Saturday and they had everything ready for us to complete the purchase. They have always been very honest and helpful every time I have been there, and this time was no different. The experience was great. Had my annual maintenance and service done here in November. about a month later my check engine light came on. I called to make an appointment to have it diagnosed. When taking the car in, my niece noticed an odor and checked under the hood. Oil everywhere. She told the service advisor, Dean. They checked everything out and determined that an error had occurred during the oil change. A worn gasket/o-ring wasn't noticed and replaced. They also found a failed fuel vent valve was causing the check engine light. The were honest about the mistake made and fixed my Mini up in a timely manner. I recently moved out here from Washington and am relieved to know I have a place to take my Mini that I can trust. Integrity and professionalism. You can tell more about a person/business by how they handle a mistake,(which everyone makes) than how they manage normal good day stuff. They fessed up and fixed it. They'll have my business for life!!

In April 2024, we wanted to look at purchasing a small convertible. However, as parents with a special needs son, we weren't sure if he would love the extra wind associated with riding in the back seat with the top down.

After searching for small convertibles (it needs to fit in our third garage bay) the MINI Cooper S was at the top of our list. However, neither my wife or I had driven a MINI before.

I called Dreyer & Reinbold near our home and was put in touch with Todd Hartley. I was completely honest with him saying "We would like to test drive a convertible, because we are not sure if our son will love it or hate it." I basically told him, that if our son doesn't like it, we won't go any further.

Todd's understood our situation completely and reassured me that there was no pressure at all. We ended the call with him giving me his contact information and let him know when we were ready for the test drive.

On the day of the test drive, I told Todd about two vehicles I was interested in: a 2019 model and a 2024 model that was British Racing Green with baseball-glove leather interior.

When we arrived, the 2024 model was backed in near the door, with the top down and ready to drive. That same evening, there was a MINI event and we met another family there who also had a special needs son - just several years older than our son. This felt like a good sign.

I pulled away from the dealership and quickly realized how much I loved the go-kart feel of this MINI Cooper S. It was in Sport mode so that made it even more fun. I turned around to see my son totally loving the experience - looking around with the wind blowing his hair all around. My wife was next to him, loving it as well.

I pulled into a parking lot and asked her if she wanted to take it for a drive. She did and quickly feel in love with the experience. I would say we shared the amount of time we were on the test drive - both of us completely impressed.

We got back and Todd was great about not pressuring us, even though I told him our son loved the experience. In fact, driving the MINI Cooper S was far better than I ever expected it to be.

Over dinner we talked about our options. This included the 2019 model that was at the dealership, plus two other models that were on Carvana. At that point we were thinking the 2024 model was a bit too much for a car we are rarely going to drive.

I even started the process of making an offer over Carvana for a 2024 that had about 10,000 miles on it. I ended up stopping, because I didn't want to do everything on my phone, especially at dinner.

As we drove home from dinner, we kept talking about the 2024 model that we just drove. That night, I think I watched about 10 different YouTube videos on the model with the Iconic package. Still, that green color with the baseball-glove like leather was amazing.

Before bed, I texted Todd and told him we wanted to see what the out-the-door price was for the 2024 model. I gave him three different down payment options that we were considering. He texted me back right away and told me it would be his top priority when he arrived at work.

He provided a summary of all three options and after running it by my wife, we decided to buy the 2024 model. By 5 PM I was driving home from the dealership in a brand new convertible that had only 1 mile on it when we started it for our test drive.

During the process I had the most-amazing experience with Ron Quammen who is the business manager at the dealership. There was no pressure to buy any additional services or packages than I already planned. We had an amazing conversation as well, as if we had known each other for years.

My experience could not have been any better, as Todd was excellent to work with and Ron was wonderful at closing out the transaction. If you are looking for a no-pressure experience with a team focused on helping you meet you needs, Dreyer & Reinbold MINI Cooper should be at the top of your list!
