The customer service from this company is no joke. They are amazing. Great communication. Shortly after I ordered I got a message from them asking what kind of boat I had and gave me advice on where the best place would be to stick the bracket.
I didn't notice at first but my hull is slightly curved. The first time out both brackets came off. I reached back out to flipsurf and I was sent out new tape for the brackets plus two different sizes of tape to fill in the gap where my hull is curved, free of charge.
All in all it has been a great experience with them, and my surf wave is looking great. 5/5 would recommend doing business with flipsurf!

This wakeshaper is next level!! The wave on my 2013 Moomba Outback V doesn't connect with the surf side wake for a solid 4' past my swim platform, creating the most beautiful wave my boat has ever made. The size of the FlipSurf is almost 2x bigger than my old suction gate. My friends are always amazed at fast how easily I can switch sides without any struggle. In my opinion this is the best wakeshaper on the market. Thanks FlipSurf for creating such an amazing product!!

I was skeptical that this product would be the one to make my surfing life easier. I previously used a few different wakeshapers and always struggled to put them on the boat, then switch for other riders, but man was I wrong. This thing is amazing. Easy to install, easy to switch from port to starboard, easy to store, oh and it cleans up the wake beautifully! So thankful I came across it. The customer service is top notch. Jared responded to all of my questions promptly and got me dialed in. Try it and you won’t look back.

A couple of reasons for this five-star review. First, it was a struggle to keep the Delta Mission 2.0 on our boat. When on, it produced a great wake, but it was a buzz kill having it constantly slip or fall off. So frustrating! FlipSurf's magnetic-bracket system really made it easy. No slippage. No falling off. Complete confidence taking it from side-to-side with no problems at all.

Second, when I purchased the FlipSurf, I was too aggressive with where I installed the brackets. I placed them too far back, which caused the wake to curl prematurely. Getting back late on a Friday night - I messaged the company via Instagram and Facebook about the issue. I needed to correct it by the following afternoon because we had a surf trip planned for my son and his friends. I was hopeful, thinking it was a long shot, that someone would respond on a weekend. Saturday morning, at 7:59 am, I received a text message. I was shocked, and it was from the company's founder. For the next few hours, he was available. He provided me with straight-forward steps to re-position the brackets, even calling me after wrapping up coaching his son's soccer game to make sure everything was okay.

We got on the lake, my son's back-to-school wake surf outing with friends was preserved with a great wake, solid product that stayed on the boat, and a huge sense of relief and gratitude for FlipSurf's product and the company's leader taking such great care.

Solid product and, if the CEO provides this level of care, you know that throughout the company, the bar is high for listening and serving the customer. Thank you, Jared. From every aspect, you and your company elevated our experience beyond expectations.

Tried a few different products with limited success due to the fact that my Tige has a concave hull. Suction cups would not hold no matter what we tried. Jared made some custom brackets to allow for the curve and now I have an awesome wave that is twice as long as when the boat was listed alone. I cant wait to get the bracket installed for the port side now....I had no idea that all my friends were goofy foot riders.

I have struggled to create a wake behind my X80 Mastercraft for years. It's well-known throughout the wakesurf world that the 28 foot 6500 pound behemoth is almost impossible to sink enough to get a rideable wave. I had tried a suction cup wedge that literally wouldn't stay on my boat long enough to even try it out, so I decided to give Flip Surf a try.

I was amazed at the height and definition of the wave we were able to create! Jared was so helpful in finding the correct mounting location and walked me through the easy installation process of getting the Flip Surf set up on my boat.

I have two sons in their 20s and one rides Goofy and the other rides regular. The Flip Surf with it's magnetized brackets easily switches sides for both riders. Flip Surf literally changed our entire surfing experience!

If you're looking to add length height and definition to your wave, I highly recommend the Flip Surf!

Superior customer service, went above and beyond of what I was expecting. Product works as it said it would. These guys have put in the testing and the results are there. This is a must have if you have a non surf equipped boat. You should have got this at the beginning of summer.
