The facility is very neat and clean. However we were not happy with the instruction our daughter was receiving. I am absolutely convinced that her teachers didn’t even know my daughter’s name. They seemed to do the bare minimum with the kids each week. Her class had 8-10 kids in it every week and I saw very little interaction with the kids. It was bad enough that we will not be returning even though we paid for another month. We will be returning to Tiger Academy where the teachers truly connected with the kids and allowed them to do each of the activities every week.

MY KID LOVES THIS PLACE. The staff is always so nice and one of the cheapest places to have a birthday party.

Awful at communicating, your child does not improve in classes. I do not leave many reviews but beware of this business!!! Show-Me Gymnastics is the way to go!

I had been trying for months to get someone from Flipz to speak with me to help me with learning a forward and backward roll. I had emailed them, called them, and I even messaged them on Facebook. Never once did I hear back.

Today, I finally reached someone. I explained what I was looking for and that I have been trying to reach out. The lady was rude and said that she has never received any emails or calls and she's the one that answers the phone. I said what about Facebook and she said that she never got anything. I last contacted them on May 1st, they would have gotten the message on May 2nd when they opened (see picture).

She completely dismissed me, talked down to me, and made me feel like my business wasn't wanted. I guess I will try some place else.

This is one of the best birthday party venues I've ever seen. It is safe, well made, has good seating, and a real variety of things for children and to play on.

Our daughter was enrolled in a different local gymnastics center before and we weren't impressed. At Flipz, she is learning so much and her skills are definitely improving, along with our younger daughter which we enrolled also. The one thing that I wish was a bit different is that the instructors are rarely the teachers that they should have, but instead they have substitute teachers. Consistency would be helpful in their learning, but I do understand that all businesses are struggling to find steady help.

My daughter (3yrs old) started their program and it was my first time being there. It kind of felt disconnected as though no one wanted to be there. We were barley even acknowledge when we stepped in the door.. I think the changes that they and all of us have had to make due to Covid-19 is really starting to take a toll on everyone.
