I was out there for the Berlin marathon with my family and while it wasn’t right near the hustle and bustle of the finish line area, I was more impressed by the quiet, clean family neighborhood, space, dining facilities and overall amenities and service. The Biergarten was a really nice plus at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Very green and family friendly garden space that filled up with locals throughout the weekend. My family had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable and we appreciated having high-ceilings, a comfortable lounge area, a patio and our own private spaces within our family room. I really enjoyed having on-site dining options but also a kitchen with everything we needed in the room to keep leftovers fresh and make or warm-up meals . We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and its coffee stations and the lobby bar was serviced by knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Public transportation nearby made getting around the greater Berlin area convenient and inexpensive.

My family had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable and we appreciated having on site dining options but also a kitchen with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee stations and the lobby bar was serviced by an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Public transportation nearby made getting around the greater Berlin area convenient and inexpensive.

A good hotel for my trip which was for academic purposes. Location, arrangements of the room, gym and proximity to Waisensee Lido were all appreciated. One area of concern is on visual accessibility in the lifts. One suggestion is to put clear labels on the lift buttons which are almost impossible to read with good eyesight and which must be a huge problem with any visual impairment. There needs to be a clear contrast between the numbers and the background.

I had a very comfortable stay. Close to restaurants, shops, parks and public transport. The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. I liked the balcony and kitchenette in my room. I would stay again happily.

Great hotel for a family stay. The room was easily the biggest hotel room I've ever been in, and was better equipped than most Airbnb's. The location wad great. Quiet and surrounded by parks and ponds. There is a playground right outside the hotel. 10/10 would stay again.

I spent several days there, but there were problems since the beginning.

To do the check-in, my data was incorrect and the receptionist changed it with typex and a pen, but just on the paper and not in the computer and she didn¡t give a copy or a paper to me. I noticed that when I asked for the invoice, what I did several times and there were always "technical problems".

Moreover, WIFI was opened for everyone and the signal didn't arrive adequately to my apartment. The AC worked, but too noisy (the apartment is from the 60s maybe, it was old).

I didn't receive the welcome bag at the begining and nobody asked for or mentioned it. The receptionist on the first day just mentioned I hadn't booked the breakfast, but not that you can get some things for free at the reception every day in case you need or ask for. She didn't give enough information with the check-in. I had to buy several things and then, they were included.

Another point to mention is that the technical service should come into the apartment and I mentioned what time I would be in the apartment to let him come in and he came in when I wasn't there, what I find lack of communication between reception and this person.
Last but not least, fan extractor in the kitchen didn't work.

However, some staff were nice and the room service too.
Taking into account that it is a four stars hotel, several things should be improved. Other hotels from the same chain are better organised and inform the guests at the beginning.

Not my first time in this Hotel, very helpful personal, clean and comfortable stay. Nice sauna. AC working with out problems. Definitely recommend to stay.

Such a lovely hotel. All the staff is very friendly, the rooms are really quirky with fun interior ideas and a clear nod to the 90s but everything feels new. The bed design was really fun, I got inspired for my home. Clean, great comfort and outlay of rooms. Good breakfast, good restaurant and good bar ⭐️⭐️⭐️
