Kyle and Brent were very helpful and informative when it came to the issues with my 2018 countryman. They spoke to me with respect, and helped me understand which repairs were important now and which ones could wait. They called an Uber for me when things took a little longer than expected, and they had my car washed for me when it was ready. Great experience!

I worked with Jared and Tony and I have to say everything they did has led me to the conclusion that I will be a customer for life. I’ve had a lot of things happen when I went in there and they worked with me. They explained everything in the little video they sent me which’s helps an older person like myself understand exactly what’s going on. They treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel important. You see I believe you can go anywhere and get your car fixed, but you always go back to the place that treats you and value's you as a customer and this is why I will be a lifetime customer. God Bless you guys. p.s. the coffee machine is great!

BEST Mini dealership anywhere! I've had my mini Cooper since 2008 and they always do a wonderful job on car repairs or letting me know when something needs to be done that I haven't identified. The service department is excellent! They are kind, considerate, reasonable on pricing. I have been coming to Mini of Austin for 'mini' years.

Everyone there was extremely nice and very welcoming. I would go to the Mini Shop in San Jose, and they never once showed any type of caring or welcoming whatsoever. Coming to this Mini of Austin was a great experience and my dog was treated very well too…very much welcomed. I would love to continue coming to this Mini store.

Great experience with them for a first-timer. The process was smooth and friendly. You can opt to drop off, wait, or be dropped off when you leave your car and they notify you once the task is done.
I love the video report they send once your car is done!

We did appreciate that they repaired our tire well. We did have to wait a couple of days. However, when my husband went there the first day, they said they would do an oil change and brake flush at the same time when they changed the tire and to come back the next day. My husband returned the next day and was there for 3 hours. They only replaced the tire but did not do anything else. Now we have to make another trip out there to do the oil change. It’s not close to our home so it takes a little bit to get down there. Sure would appreciate them doing what they said they would do.
