Single-handedly one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. I asked for a no-dog-and-pony-show sale and that is 100% what I received. Joanne was extremely friendly, personable, patient and honest. Despite the late hour, I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. She ensured we received answers to ALL of our questions and walked us through the entire process. Joe her manager helped her through any inquiries she could not answer and was also not pushing us to make a decision and leave either. Dorian drove us to the finance side of the dealer and gave us a high-level overview of the electronics and connectivity options of the car. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Finally, on the finance side, George was thoughtful of our budget, did not push us over that limit and provided us with options during and after the sale to assist us with an extended warranty without our budget. He also made room for plenty of jokes and laughter despite the hour and additional customers waiting to be served. We will return for our next car purchase and I have no doubt, we will receive the same attentive and wonderful service. And a shout out to Gary who provided a great test-driving moment a couple of weeks prior to the sale!

I can’t say enough truly wondrous things about Joanne and the entire team at Patrick Mini. The entirety of my experience felt warm, considerate and honest. I connected with Joanne immediately upon finding a new car in Patrick’s online inventory, and her communication and warmth were altogether refreshing…and in the end made for a fantastic experience over the course of a few weeks from initial contact to taking delivery of my vehicle. She so clearly broke down my lease or purchase options in an easy to follow and streamlined way, and that alone facilitated my decision~making process. She went above and beyond in working with me to accept delivery of the car exactly when I needed it, and for that I’m grateful. Additionally, on delivery day I had an equally fantastic experience at the dealership itself, between finally meeting her—as well as others on the team—as well as a seamlessness and ease in finalizing paperwork with the Financial division.

I feel grateful for the entire experience soup to nuts from Patrick…and most of all, couldn’t recommend Joanne highly enough.

Discussion over the phone/email was done very clearly, the vehicle was primed and ready for us so we didn't have to spend a lot of time in the dealership and the after sale professionalism has been great. Out sales rep Matthew Kinsela was very thorough and provided status updates during the entire process. The entire team at Patrick was very committed to make sure our experience was very smooth. Eden, the "genius" associate assigned to us to go over the features of our new car was very patient and took her time to explain everything the car has to offer.

I am super excited about the concierge service they provide for scheduled service appointments where the dealership will bring a loaner vehicle to our home and take our car for service and return it. I am looking forward to using it.
