We hosted a Class Reunion at The Mermaid Event center. Triple Shift Entertainment did a fantastic job. Food and beverage service was efficient. Good communication. Highly Recommend.

Great experience! We booked a party and our host was very attentive. They were out of pizza and Jannie went the extra mile to make sure we had pizza for our party! Highly recommend booking a party here.

I have contacted them via email 3 times now. Sent a 4th today to them. I have had a sense of lack of care for opinions or questions about there services. I have not heard one peep back from any of there people. I really don't understand why a facility like this outfit wouldn't want to just take a second to make contact with someone like myself. Just saying people's inquiries do not matter to them.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the SunRay Lanes, in large part due to their Brand Ambassador, Michael "Spiderman" Latawiec! He made our visit super fun and special, which meant so much since it was my birthday. His enthusiasm and joy is contagious, and his hugs are epic 😉 The bartender was also a sweetheart and the facility was clean & in good repair. It was kind of packed and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. It's nothing fancy like their other places called PINZ, so if you're looking for a simple but adequately updated bowling alley, this fits the bill.
